Dr. Anand Kumar Pandey is a renowned Interventional Cardiologist with over 36 years of experience.
His special interests include complex coronary interventions, primary PCI, pacemaker, AICD, CRT-D implantation, coronary artery diseases, balloon mitral valvuloplasty, angioplasty, structural heart disease, renal, peripheral and carotid angiography, heart failure, etc.
As a primary operator, he has performed approximately 8,000 angiographies and over 3,000 angioplasties and handled numerous complex medical cases.
His educational journey started with MBBS and MD (Medicine) from LLRM Medical College, Meerut, in 1988 and 1993, respectively.
Dr. Pandey further achieved DM (Cardiology) from LPS Institute of Cardiology, Kanpur, in 1998.
He also earned a Fellowship of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), a Fellowship of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), a Fellowship of the Cardiological Society of India (FCSI), a Fellowship of the Society of Cardiac Angiography & Interventions (FSCAI), and a Fellowship of the Indian College of Cardiology (FICC).
He has contributed to research and workshops in Cardiology and has published numerous papers.
He is member of various esteemed organizations, including European Society of Cardiology (ESC), the Indian Medical Association (IMA), the Cardiological Society of India (CSI), Association of Physicians of India, European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions, etc.
He performed the first interventional procedure at several centers, revolutionizing tertiary cardiac care in eastern Uttar Pradesh and the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand.
