Dr. Anil Saxena is an internationally acknowledged Interventional Cardiologist with over 31 years of experience.
He is an expert in the field of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology.
He has extensive experience in implanting ICD and biventricular pacemakers in India and is considered one of the pioneers in this field.
For over 30 years, he has been performing electrophysiological studies and radiofrequency catheter ablation for various complex cardiac arrhythmias, with thousands of successful procedures to his credit.
He has been actively involved in setting up the Department of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute since joining it in 1989.
His educational qualifications include an MBBS (1992) and MD (1985) from Kanpur University and a DNB from the National Board Of Examination (1993).
