Dr. Ashok S. Gavaskar is a renowned orthopedic surgeon with extensive overseas training in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, and complex orthopedic trauma.
His expertise includes joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, complex orthopedic trauma, and spine surgery.
He is also well-versed in arthroscopic techniques and has performed numerous arthroscopic surgeries for conditions such as ligament tears, meniscal tears, and joint instability.
He holds an MBBS from Madras Medical College in 2002 and an MS in Orthopaedics from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University (TNMGRMU) in 2007.
He also holds a Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. Gavaskar has published numerous original clinical research articles in reputed international journals and has delivered more than 100 guest lectures worldwide.
