  • He has also completed numerous training and is associated with a multitude of medical associations and societies.
  • He is a renowned figure for the development of the Arthroscopy technique at Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in Lakshadweep Islands. The sophisticated technique was performed for the first time on such a remote island in India.
  • Dr. Nair was also a member of India’s first-hand transplant team. He has also attended, participated and presented in numerous conferences, meetings and seminars.
  • Besides more than the enlisted publications, Dr. Ayyappan has also shed light on creating awareness through articles published in reputed journals such as the European Society of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Biointerphases, and many more.
