He completed his MBBS degree at Calcutta University in 1988.
He then obtained a Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) in 1992 and completed his MD in Radiotherapy in 1993 at Bombay University.
He also obtained training at the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai and the M D Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Goswami is also a distinguished author, having written research articles in prestigious journals such as ‘The Lancet’, ‘Asia-Pacific Journal of Clinical Oncology’, and many more.
He was also a speaker at oncology conferences such as the Affordable Cancer Care in India (ACCI) held in New Delhi in 2017 and the 5th Asian Conference on Tumour Ablation (ACTA) in Chennai in 2018.
He is trained in ICH-GCP and has been a principal investigator in over 50 clinical trials.
Dr. Goswami has won many awards for his contributions to the field of oncology.
