About Dr. Dinesh Nayak

• Dr. Dinesh Nayak is a prominent Neurologist and Epileptologist with over 38 years of experience.
• His expertise lies in video-EEG monitoring, pre-surgical evaluation of refractory epilepsy, vagal nerve stimulation, and intracranial EEG monitoring.
• He is skilled in both temporal and extratemporal epilepsy surgeries, including intracranial EEG with subdural grids and stereo-EEG depth electrodes.
• Dr. Nayak has conducted pre-surgical evaluations for over 2000 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy.
• He completed his MBBS and MD in General Medicine from Coimbatore Medical College in 1986 and 1991, respectively.
• He further completed a DM in Neurology at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, in 1995.
• Dr. Nayak also earned a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology from King's College Hospital, London, UK, in 2003.
