Dr. Gomathy Narasimhan is a senior doctor who specializes in liver and kidney transplant surgery.

Dr. Gomathy Narasimhan is India's first woman multi-organ transplant surgeon.

Dr. Narasimhan completed her MBBS at Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, India, in 1996 and her MS at Madras Medical College, Chennai, India, in 2001.
She then pursued additional training with an ASTS Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, USA, in 2006.
To further refine her skills, she obtained training in multi-organ transplant, Baylor University, Dallas, Texas and in living donor liver transplant, Kumamoto University, Japan.
Dr. Narasimhan participates in medical societies like the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, and The Transplantation Society.
