His training continued with a fellowship in hand, brachial plexus, and microsurgery at Ogori Daiichi Hospital, Yamaguchi, in 2014, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hand and upper extremity surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, Dallas, in 2017.
Dr. Kumar was awarded the KVPY fellowship by the Government of India in 2002.
He is a prestigious member of the Indian Orthopedic Association, the Indian Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the Karnataka Medical Council.
