Dr. Shetty has extensive experience in cleft lip and palate surgery, congenital hand deformities, trauma and diabetic wound care, and burns management in children, alongside conventional cosmetic surgery procedures.
She earned her MBBS degree from Rural Medical College, Loni, in 1990. She completed her DNB in General Surgery with the National Board of Examination in 1995, followed by a DNB in Plastic Surgery from the same institution in 1998.
Later, she pursued a PG Diploma in Hospital and Health Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India in 2008
Dr. Shetty gained expertise in onco-reconstruction procedures focusing on the head and neck area during her clinical and research fellowship at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
In addition, she has contributed scholarly articles while pursuing her fellowship at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Shetty is a member of the Association of Plastic Surgery of India and a reviewer of the Indian Journal of Plastic Surgery.
