Dr. Kapil Kumar is a well-established Surgical Oncologist with more than 45 years of experience.
His expertise and interests lie in providing treatments for hemorrhoids, gallbladder stones, lymphedema, appendicitis, liver diseases, hepatic steatosis, and hernia.
He is known for delivering optimal outcomes for his patients while performing complicated procedures, including sentinel lymph node biopsy, laparoscopic sleeve resection, and external beam radiation for prostate cancer.
Dr. Kumar completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Guru Nanak Dev University in 1979 and 1982, respectively.
He is a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS).
He has received training in hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy from Holland, laparoscopic surgery from Korea, and surgical oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai.
