• Dr. Kasthuri T S is an expert and well-trained surgical gastroenterologist. Her experience is of about 18 years in the medical profession.
• In the span of her medical profession, she has been performing distinct types of surgical procedures, such as laparoscopic and endoscopic ones.

• Dr. Kasthuri T S embarked on a medical journey with MBBS from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, in 2006. She gained specialization through an MS in general surgery from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, in 2011.
• In the same year, i.e., 2011, she got a DNB in general surgery. Seven years later, she got a DNB in surgical gastroenterology in 2018. Further, Dr. Kasthrui went on to pursue superspecialization with MCh in surgical gastroenterology from Bangalore Medical College in 2022.
• Being an excellent and meritorious student, she also earned a fellowship from the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Surgeons.
• Besides, she has worked on numerous types of research on topics like the management of PUJ obstruction in the horse-shoe kidney, testicular carcinoma and branchial cysts.
• Dr. Kasthuri T S is actively involved in workshops and conferences to increase her knowledge and awareness and offer better approaches to treatment for her patients. Moreover, she is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
