  • She initiated therapeutic endoscopy for newborns and young children, a pioneering move in India.
  • Her educational qualifications include an MBBS from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, in 1989 and a DNB from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, in 1995.
