• Dr. Poonam N Tara Thakur is an experienced Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Foetal Medicine Specialist with an experience of over 30+ years.
• Her interests include Maternal-Foetal Medicine, High-Risk Obstetrics, and Gynaecological Surgeries especially those complicated with problems in pregnancy, Menopause, Urogynae problems, Osteoporosis, etc.
• She performs Tubectomy, Normal Vaginal Delivery, Fetal scanning, Medical termination of pregnancy, etc.
• She achieved her MBBS and MD (Obstetrics and Gynecology) from BJ Medical College, Pune & Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, in 1993 and 1999 respectively.
• She is a member of many medical organizations including the Medical Council of India (MCI), Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG), International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (ISUOG).
