Dr. (Prof.) Pramod Kumar Mishra is a prominent Surgical Gastroenterologist with over 41 years of experience.
His skill set covers all aspects of GI surgery and GI oncology, encompassing laparoscopic and advanced robotic surgical techniques.
His educational journey started with MBBS and Post Graduate Diploma in Anaesthesia (PGDA) from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi, in 1983 and 1984, respectively.
Dr. Mishra further earned an MS in General Surgery from Lady Hardinge Medical College and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital in 1987 and a PhD in Gastrointestinal Surgery from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in 1998.
He has written the Text Book of Surgical Gastroenterology.
He has authored more than 60 National and International publications and delivered more than 100 lectures/talks at the national level.
He is an active member of the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology (IASG), the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA), the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), and the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES).
