  • She pioneered robotic gynecological surgery for both cancerous and benign conditions in India.
  • After completing her MBBS from Jammu Medical College in 1987, she also achieved an MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from Government Medical College, Jammu, in 1991, and a Diploma in Advanced Endoscopic Gynae Surgery from Giessen School of Endoscopic Surgery, Germany, in 2007.
