About Dr. Sairam Subramanian

Dr. Sairam Subramanian is a vascular surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience.
His areas of expertise are minimally invasive surgeries for varicose veins, open and endovascular management of aortic aneurysms, and limb salvage and prevention of amputation in diabetic feet.
Throughout his career, he has performed over 500 endovenous ablation procedures.
He obtained his medical education at Madras Medical College, including an MBBS, a DNB in General Surgery, and an MCh in Vascular Surgery.
To gain further experience, he obtained fellowships in endovascular surgery from Paracelsus Medical School in Salzburg, Austria, and Doncaster Vascular Centre in Doncaster, UK.
A top-rated speaker, he has been invited to deliver lectures at various events in Bangkok, Stratford upon Avon, Visakhapatnam, and other cities.
He has been a part of several courses and workshops in India and internationally in places such as Hong Kong, Taipei, Switzerland, Belfast, London, New Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai.
Dr. Sairam actively participates in vascular surgery conferences and has presented papers at VSICON, the Conference of the Venous Association of India, and many others.
His interest in research is evident from his numerous publications in renowned journals, such as the Indian Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, for which he was also the assistant editor.
