Dr. Sandeep Chauhan is a highly certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience.
He is renowned for his specialization in hip and knee joint replacement, complex fracture reconstructions, musculoskeletal infections, peri-prosthetic fractures, etc.
He integrates a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and innovative technologies, including Platelet-rich plasma injections, MIS, subvastus, and alternative bearings like ceramic, metal, and plastic for younger patients.
After completing his MBBS from Shivaji University in 1995, he also achieved an MS (Orthopedics) from PGIMS in 2000 and a DNB (Orthopedics/Orthopedic Surgery) from DDU Hospital in 2002.
Dr. Chauhan holds specialized training in computer-assisted joint replacement surgeries and stands among the few surgeons in India who are experienced in conducting robotic joint replacement.
He furthered his expertise through Joint Replacement fellowship training under Dr. Brig BK Singh at Army Hospital R&R, New Delhi, and Dr. C.S. Ranawat at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
