Dr. Suresh Anantharaj is a highly accomplished pulmonary physician with over 33 years of experience.
Dr. Anantharaj is well-versed in performing minimally invasive procedures such as fiber-optic bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) to diagnose and stage lung cancer.
He also has extensive experience in managing critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).
Dr. Anantharaj earned his MBBS from Madras Medical College in 1991 and holds a Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases (DTCD) from the same institution in 1997.
He was awarded a DNB in Respiratory Diseases from Christian Medical College, Vellore, in 2008.
Furthermore, Dr. Anantharaj also obtained the prestigious FRCP from Glasgow, UK, in 2018.
Dr. Anantharaj has been actively involved in teaching, having trained over 100 national board and MRCP postgraduates in clinical and interventional.
Dr. Anantharaj is a member of several prestigious medical associations, including the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the European Respiratory Society, and the International Medical Sciences Academy.
