• Dr. Umesh Satish Gheewala is a highly qualified vascular surgeon with over 16 years of experience    
• His areas of expertise include peripheral/tibial bypass surgery, AV fistula and graft, endovascular (peripheral angioplasties and stenting) techniques, and carotid endarterectomy.
• He is an expert in salvage procedures for failing AV access, lymphedema, diabetic wound care, venous ulcers, radiofrequency ablation and laser treatment of varicose veins.
• He excels in TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) and EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) methods to repair aortic aneurysms.
