• Dr. Vishal Khullar is a renowned cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon with 27 years of experience.
• His clinical interests include Heart Valve Repairs and Replacements, Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, Complex Surgeries, Aortic Root Replacement, Hemi-Arch, Total Aortic Arch Replacement and Transplant & Mechanical Circulatory Support Cases such as Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant and other cardiothoracic transplants.
• He is an MBBS graduate from B. J. Medical College, University of Pune (1997). Later, in 2005, he did his MS in General Surgery from KEM Hospital & Seth G S Medical College, Mumbai. He also did an MCh in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from the University of Health Sciences, Maharashtra 2010.
• Dr. Khullar has become the first Cardiovascular Surgeon from the Indian Subcontinent to hold the position of Senior Associate Consultant at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA.

• He has also authored a chapter for Oxford University Press on ‘Heart Transplant: Brain Death, Organ Donation, and Transplantation.’
