Dr. Z Shakir Tabrez is a urologist with 23 years of experience.

Further, he has hands-on experience performing over 2,000 surgeries for stone diseases. It involved laser fragmentation of renal and ureteric calculi through procedures such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), ureteroscopy (URS), and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS).

Later, he continued with a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery in urology and robotic surgery. To further enhance his skills, he learned from training in laparoscopic surgery in Strasbourg, France.
He also holds a few publications to his credit, indicating his involvement in research and familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques and procedures.
