Dr. Jain also participated in the Dosimetry and Dose Planning Course at Gamma Knife Centre, Komaki City Hospital, Japan, in 1999.
He was also a visiting fellow in Hannover, Germany, in 2001.
He has trained over 100 surgeons and has mentored numerous students on their theses and dissertations.
Dr. Jain has held leadership roles, including President of the Neurological Society of India.
He serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Postgraduate Medicine, Mumbai, and the Official Journal of the Neurological Society of India.
He has authored multiple publications, including books, journals, and abstracts, with notable work such as "Craniovertebral Junction Anomalies – The Indian Experience," published in 1997.
